How do we get by, now,
We have to find a way how
Because we cannot hug
And we all look like a thug
With a mask.
Hiding our faces from each other
Looking sideways, undercover
Never knowing who has the death
And will spread it on their breath
From ten feet away.
Church services are no more,
No sports, no games, no drink, no score,
And all because we were depraved
And ate creatures that hang in caves
Well, now we are all alone.
Pray to your gods for relief,
Don’t worry, don’t be brief,
But fast and pray and plead and bargain
That we as mankind may receive pardon
For survival.
