I’m struggling with stress right now, but keeping my head above water by climbing. I’ve climbed almost every day since I got out of the hospital. I didn’t actually climb yesterday and I felt much worse for not having done it. I’m not climbing anything earth shattering, but I’m still getting the benefits of doing something that I’m passionate about and enjoy doing when I’m not numb emotionally. Climbing definitely helps me with stress! I’m so glad that my doctor introduced me to it back on 30 April 2016. It’s truly saved my life!
Content Rating PG, for the most part
I try to keep the content of my posts in the PG range (meaning that maybe your 13-year-old should not read it... Just kidding!) - you know, something I could get away with tastefully in the town square without getting lynched, tarred-and-feathered, or hung (and something my mother would NOT wash my mouth out with soap for). As far as what age you have to be to understand some of the subtleties of my humor in writing and/or speaking, well... That may vary. A lot.
climbing is always the best way to deal with stress
