Well, I feel like I exhausted myself accomplishing a whole lot of nothing at the climbing gym this morning, but any time climbing is never time wasted. I couldn’t climb worth beans this morning, haha. Oh, well. It feels good to be writing this blog post at the climbing gym having actually climbed today and on sighted a few problems on the upstairs bouldering wall, which is newly set as of this past Monday. The problems were all tall-person friendly and somewhat exclusionary to short persons like myself. I’m going to drop a comment card in the box about that, I think. All the problems with the exception of two that I sent require a dyno of sorts when you’re my height with a -1 ape index. I was disappointed in the setters for that oversight. This is exactly why I climb much better outdoors than I do indoors…
Content Rating PG, for the most part
I try to keep the content of my posts in the PG range (meaning that maybe your 13-year-old should not read it... Just kidding!) - you know, something I could get away with tastefully in the town square without getting lynched, tarred-and-feathered, or hung (and something my mother would NOT wash my mouth out with soap for). As far as what age you have to be to understand some of the subtleties of my humor in writing and/or speaking, well... That may vary. A lot.
