Sometimes you just don’t know

I’m thankful for people in my life who care. Sometimes I can’t. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and it’s accompanying Depression can do that. So here’s a shout out to all the people in my life who care about me enough to listen and to like me for who I am! Thank you ever so much for being there for me, and I’ll do my best to be there for you when you need a hand. Sometimes you just don’t know what a person’s going through…

My psychiatrist was very encouraging today, and he may never truly know the impact he’s had on my life. He’s bad at taking compliments, so he’d never admit it, anyway. My friend gave me a whole bunch of missionary materials today and that also meant the world to me. Overall, my day turned out to be a day of ups and downs, but I’m thankful for the people I spent time with today. They got me through it. Thank you.
