Well, I did, but I didn’t. I did go into the chapel. I did listen to the organist practice. I even stayed until about five minutes before the hour. I did not, however, remain for the service, meaning that I did not partake of the Sacrament. The reason? I didn’t feel that I could partake of the Sacrament worthily because I needed to repent of and sort out some feelings of anger I was having toward someone. I went instead to my apartment and slept for a couple of hours, then went to a friend’s house and spent the afternoon with her. She hadn’t gone to Sacrament meeting this morning, either. We had a great time discussing the Restored Gospel across a broad range of topics and we enjoyed each other’s company very much. I was so glad that we hung out today! As far as the reason I left before church goes, that will have to be dealt with, but not today. We’ll see how that whole thing works out.
Content Rating PG, for the most part
I try to keep the content of my posts in the PG range (meaning that maybe your 13-year-old should not read it... Just kidding!) - you know, something I could get away with tastefully in the town square without getting lynched, tarred-and-feathered, or hung (and something my mother would NOT wash my mouth out with soap for). As far as what age you have to be to understand some of the subtleties of my humor in writing and/or speaking, well... That may vary. A lot.
