The 2019 Montana Bouldering Championships, Part 4 Finale!

If you’ve been keeping up with this series of posts from last Saturday’s bouldering competition, then you’ve been through the nuts and bolts of data collection and now we get to the fun stuff – the analysis!

I could do a bunch of fancy statistics (and I did, but I’m not going to bore you with them), but what you really want to know is which climbing shoes to wear, right?!  Well, I’ll tell you.  In no uncertain terms, the statistical analyses, together with all of the variables thrown in the mix, show that you should buy…

Wait for it…

Wait for it…

Okay, here we go…

The shoes that fit your feet best and that work best for your individual climbing style and discipline.  I know!  Earth-shattering news, right?!  Seriously, though, there were no significant advantages or disadvantages given the data collected and the statistical analyses run.  The general population of competitors as well as the finalists and those that made the podium all wore the shoes that best suited their individual feet and climbing styles.  These results are clear – buy the climbing shoes that work for YOU!!!

Thanks for hanging out on my blog and following this series!  If you liked it, drop a Like and/or a Comment!  Thanks, again!  And keep reading!  Make sure you Follow my blog so that you don’t miss a thing!
