Rehab traversing: an example

I have been what I call “rehab traversing” to get back into the groove of climbing while rehabilitating my left arm, wrist, thumb, and hand.  I do put my climbing shoes on, even though my feet never leave the mats, but that’s to train my feet again.  I traverse with my hands as I would if I were actually climbing, watching foot “placement”, and lightly weighting my arms so that my injured left appendage gets the rehab it needs.  Here’s a short video to show you what I’m talking about.  Pardon all the people walking in front of the camera…
