This morning, I had dozed off in my kitchen chair waiting for Squiggle Bug and my brother to come down. My brother makes no attempt to be super quiet or anything when he comes in–he just comes in as one normally would. I must have been more than just dozing and more like sound asleep when he came in, haha, because I woke up as he was leaving. Fortunately, I got a hug from him before he left to pick my sister-in-law up and Squiggle Bug must have been asleep because I didn’t hear a peep out of anyone in the bedroom. I went to check, just in case, but all was quiet, so I left it at that. Early mornings… I told my brother to be careful driving, and it’s especially important to me to say that to all of my friends and family members lately. You never know what’s going to happen. That’s why I always tell them I love them, too. It only takes a split second for something to go horribly wrong in the world and for something bad to happen. I don’t ever want to have the regret of not having told someone I love them and to be careful! I refuse to be guilty of either of those things! I do hope that it reminds them to be extra vigilant of others who may be impaired, though, especially during these early mornings.
Content Rating PG, for the most part
I try to keep the content of my posts in the PG range (meaning that maybe your 13-year-old should not read it... Just kidding!) - you know, something I could get away with tastefully in the town square without getting lynched, tarred-and-feathered, or hung (and something my mother would NOT wash my mouth out with soap for). As far as what age you have to be to understand some of the subtleties of my humor in writing and/or speaking, well... That may vary. A lot.
