Uncle Jerrold held Squiggle Bug while I began playing “B-I-N-G-O” on my new Fender Strat electric guitar. He smiled and put his hands up near his ears at first, but then bounced up and down and all around in Uncle Jerrold’s arms excitedly and laughed!!! He loved it!!! Uncle Jerrold put him down so he could walk over to it and he banged on the strings against the fretboard for a while and happily made his own music, hahaha!!! What a success!!! I’m so glad he liked it!!! He loves music and when I started playing “B-I-N-G-O”, he was hooked!!! He had a great time banging on the fretboard and making his own music… Now I have to tune my guitar again, but it’s all worth it to make my little nephew happy and introduce him to new things that he might enjoy. I’m overjoyed that he liked it because I figured out by ear how to play “B-I-N-G-O” myself the other day just for him because it’s one of his favorite songs that he claps to. I wish I had a video of him bouncing around and laughing in Uncle Jerrold’s arms when I played it, hahaha!!! We might have a new electric guitarist in the family!
Content Rating PG, for the most part
I try to keep the content of my posts in the PG range (meaning that maybe your 13-year-old should not read it... Just kidding!) - you know, something I could get away with tastefully in the town square without getting lynched, tarred-and-feathered, or hung (and something my mother would NOT wash my mouth out with soap for). As far as what age you have to be to understand some of the subtleties of my humor in writing and/or speaking, well... That may vary. A lot.
