My doctor said last week that I need to eat a lot of fish. I don’t tolerate strong oils in the mornings, so salmon was definitely not an option. The salt is something I have to watch, too. Tilapia, fortunately, has minimal salt and is about as benign as you can get as far as a morning meal goes if you don’t season it with anything. My mom and I went shopping the other day and she bought me some tilapia loins that are individually vacuum sealed. I put a big pot of water on the range top, put two frozen tilapia loins, packages intact, in the water, and boiled them for 20 min after they had begun boiling to make sure they were cooked. I don’t know what kind of preparation is called…I guess I poach my fish, haha!!! Anyway, it was bland and it was good. Well-cooked and went well with my morning meds. So flaky and moist! It was really good fish!
So, I got up at 0217 hrs this morning. Bad dreams. Not trauma nightmares, just bad dreams. I didn’t start my fish until 0415 hrs, and I took my meds at 0445 hrs, which was five minutes before my tilapia was done. Before that, I listened to some DMB on my Aftershokz, streamed from my iPhone, and even figured out how to set up my new Facebook page for this blog while I was at it! I’m super excited about that because now the Facebook policy changes won’t disrupt my readers’ enjoyment of my blog posts! Very big deal to me!!! It may also get me a larger audience. We’ll see what happens.
PLEASE LET ME KNOW RIGHT AWAY IF YOU CANNOT VIEW MY BLOG POSTS!!! I’m trusting you all to let me know if things go smoothly with this transition of policy that Facebook is making on 01 Aug 2018. My blog posts from http://www.climbing4therestofus.com should be shared to my new Facebook page (please Like and Follow it if you want to see my posts) called “Climbing 4 The Rest Of Us” instead of being shared on my profile page, “C.r. Jones” beginning 01 Aug 2018. I want to make sure you, my readers and supporters, continue to have easy access to my blog! If you cannot view my blog posts, please e-mail me at email@example.com and I’ll get to the bottom of it ASAP!!!
Well, the climbing gym is about to open, so I’ll sign off for now. Have a great day and climb on!!!
