Okay, so the severe cold and cough syrup says one dose every four hours… I can definitely tell when the four hours is up!!! I’m a walking, talking viral cloud!!! I can’t breathe, all I do is cough up ew, what IS that?, and my lungs feel like they’re coated in an inch-thick film of something I probably don’t want to know about. I have a fever as of this morning and I’m wondering if I should go to the VA clinic as a walk-in this morning. I don’t know if there’s anything they can do for me, and I don’t really want to spend my whole day waiting there to find out if they can’t. On the other hand, I don’t want to have bronchitis or pneumonia for two months or more, either! So I’m sitting here at the VA clinic waiting for the nurses to get out of their mandatory Wednesday meeting that lasts until 1000 hrs. Thankfully, the people here are friendly.

I try to keep the content of my posts in the PG range (meaning that maybe your 13-year-old should not read it... Just kidding!) - you know, something I could get away with tastefully in the town square without getting lynched, tarred-and-feathered, or hung (and something my mother would NOT wash my mouth out with soap for). As far as what age you have to be to understand some of the subtleties of my humor in writing and/or speaking, well... That may vary. A lot.
