So what was wrong with http://www.bouldering2017.com as a domain? Nothing at all! In fact, it’s still active. If you try going to it, it will just redirect you to this page, because I think that the domain name of this new page eliminates any misconceptions about “dated-ness” of my posts and content. The other reason for the new domain is to draw “Average Joe Climber” in so he or she can look around. Let’s be real – most of us aren’t professional climbers, and I want my blog to appeal to everyone. Everybody (professional climbers included) is welcome to read my blog. Welcome!!!
Content Rating PG, for the most part
I try to keep the content of my posts in the PG range (meaning that maybe your 13-year-old should not read it... Just kidding!) - you know, something I could get away with tastefully in the town square without getting lynched, tarred-and-feathered, or hung (and something my mother would NOT wash my mouth out with soap for). As far as what age you have to be to understand some of the subtleties of my humor in writing and/or speaking, well... That may vary. A lot.
