Here is an example of what I’m going to attempt to do with my climbing and training for climbing pyramid model. I’m going to break it down into The Daily Pyramid, meaning that, depending on what my week is like and how my climbing and training are going, I’ll create a daily pyramid based on the current conditions. This allows me the flexibility to listen to my body and make progress based on real-time, actual previous progress instead of a predicted “should” that sucks all the life out of climbing. I’m going to begin trying this idea out this week, so that I know if it will work for the Celestial Winter Challenge (I think that’s what our next challenge is going to be called, but I’ll keep you updated on that). Great, creative times!!!
Content Rating PG, for the most part
I try to keep the content of my posts in the PG range (meaning that maybe your 13-year-old should not read it... Just kidding!) - you know, something I could get away with tastefully in the town square without getting lynched, tarred-and-feathered, or hung (and something my mother would NOT wash my mouth out with soap for). As far as what age you have to be to understand some of the subtleties of my humor in writing and/or speaking, well... That may vary. A lot.
